Admissions Application

Thank you for your interest in The Fire Institute. The application process is simple. Print all three forms below. Then submit the three forms with the $50 application fee. Make checks payable to Church of All Nations or COAN.

Once we review your application, you can expect 3-4 days to process. Then you will receive notification by mail or email regarding your acceptance.
